Kibble & Prentice in bottom 1% for performance and service

K & P website - The entire website is always slow regardless of how I connect (home or work) - Often doesn't even come up - Often errors out on login - New security and registration changes are not user-friendly; encountered multiple errors in initial registration process - Financial and historical graphing does not bear the actual numbers out K & P company - Transferring between investment takes 2-3 business days - in investing, that's painfully slow - Customer service has been rude, lacking in customer service and website knowledge, and generally unprofessional. - It takes forever to get anyone on the phone.
